Poly Performance Introduces Weld-On 3 Link & 4 Link Suspension Kits

These days, pretty much any monkey can weld. But designing a robust, good performing multi-link suspension still requires serious thought and good fabrication skills. For those of us who aren't excited about building 3 generations of suspensions before arriving at a good setup for our 4x4s, Poly Performance's new weld-on kit may be what we need. These components are designed to provide huge amounts of wheel travel while maintaining safe steering characteristics, and can be used with coil-over or traditional coil and shock setups. Poly Performance recommends this kit for Jeep YJ, TJ, and CJ vehicles, as well as 1966-77 Ford Broncos. These kits should also be compatible with most vehicles with 4" tall frame rails.
San Luis Obispo, CA - (3/26/07) Poly Performance's new Weld-On Link Kits are designed for Jeep YJ/TJ/CJ, and 66-77 Ford Bronco enthusiasts who want the next level of performance from their rigs (Note: Link Kits are compatible on most vehicles with a 4" frame rail). Each kit allows for virtually unrestricted wheel travel without increasing under/over-steer driving characteristics. Each kit precisely relocates each pivot point for optimum geometry on lifted vehicles, even on-road handling is dramatically improved compared to stock and other aftermarket kits. These kits also become the perfect platform for long-travel coil-over shocks and axle-swap upgrades.
Each bracket is designed and manufactured using the latest CAD solid modeling software and CNC laser cutting & bending processes. All suspension pivot points feature "tried and true" Johnny Joint bearing assemblies and the upper frame control arm mounts feature a pre-welded steel "C" section for frame reinforcement and to distribute suspension forces commonly found on the trail.
