Notice Of Public Open House For Proposed Road Deactivation For Selected Watersheds In The Lillooet Area

Dec 27, 2007

Maps of proposed road treatments (including possible deactivation) in the watersheds of Kwoiek, Tyaughton, and Mud/Noaxe Creeks and Town/Dickey Creeks are available for public viewing. The road treatments could have an impact on users of the area as vehicle access may be limited or eliminated to reduce environmental impacts of select non-status roads no long required for permitted activities.

Public input is welcomed in this process.

A public open house will be held as indicated below for viewing and commenting on roads proposed for deactivation. Knowledgeable representatives will be present to answer questions.

Date: January 22, 2008
Location: Lillooet REC Centre
Time: 3:00 to 9:00 pm
